Connor's mother, Helen Johnson-Leipold, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Johnson Outdoors Incorporated, chairperson of Johnson Financial Group, chairperson of The Johnson Foundation at Wingspread, and a Director of S.C. Johnson. Samuel Curtis Johnson Sr., who established S. C. Johnson & Son in 1886, is the great-great-grandfather of Helen.
Connor, the eldest of Craig and Helen Johnson-Leipold's children, serves as a manager at the Corporate Strategic Branding department for Johnson Outdoors. It looks like he is interested in his mom's side of the business rather than his dad's. He is based in Washington DC-Baltimore Area.
Helen's firstborn studied in The Prairie School, a Private pre-K-12 school located at Wind Point, Wisconsin, quite near their residence. Connor then went to George Mason University School of Business for further studies and earned a bachelor of science. The junior Leipold seemed to be fond of the uni environment because he pursued an MBA from the same afterward in 2020.
Connor's relationship status is kept discreet. But it won't be wrong to say he is America's most suitable bachelor if he isn't seeing anyone right now.
Kyle and Christopher Leipold, The Team Dad
Kyle and Christopher Leipold, unlike their brother, Connor, are leaned toward Craig's line of business. Both Kyle and Christopher joined the Minnesota Wild Foundation board of directors. Well, the Leipold siblings' father, Craig, is a high-profile and very active owner of the Minnesota Wild NHL team in the Twin Cities.
Furthermore, their schooling is unknown for now but growing up in a family like that, there is no second doubt that they received a proper education.

Helen and Craig Leipold's son, Kyle Leipold, also works in wealth management for the Royal Bank of Canada in Milwaukee. Kyle's father described him as a wonderful child and a good worker in an interview with THE BUSINESS JOURNALS. Craig further stated that Kyle has a wonderful family. This could imply that he is already married and possibly has children.
In response to the topic of whether Kyle will one day own the Wild or not, Craig made it obvious that although he is successful on his own, he is not interested in owning the team. The young man may decide to do so in the future.
As for Christopher Leipold, he wants to be in this business to be exposed to it so that he further knows more about the impact the business has on the community. In addition, his age and relationship status is kept secret for now.

Unlike their brothers, Curtis and Bradford have kept a very low media profile. So it isn't sure if they are engaged in their father or mother's business or are currently pursuing their education.
